My name is Maria, I am an intuitive Reiki Master Healer.
I was introduced to Reiki at a time in my life when I was finding myself in a world that felt out of control, which impacted my health and my mental state.
Since my first Reiki session, to completing my Reiki Master course, I have grown in myself, my spirituality and healing powers.
My vision is to be a vessel for healing energy to make people feel more relaxed, centred, grounded, emotionally healed and healthier in a time where things can feel overwhelming and chaotic.
My heart is for the underdog, the miss understood, the different and the one that does not fit in.
I also believe that being on the Autism spectrum should also not exclude receiving healing (not a cure to Autism) and relaxation. This means come with your earphones, weighted blankets, ticks and assistance technology. Reiki energy does not discriminate.
I believe Reiki healing and relaxation should be for everyone. I am not out to change anyone but embrace you for who you are.
It does not matter your background, believes, sexual identity, personal identity or even a disability. My practise is in a building with stairs so if a face to face is not possible there is distance Reiki available.

Reiki was founded by Dr Mikao Usui at the end of the 19th Century in Japan. It is based upon the principle of Universal Ki (energy), which is believed to be the source of all energy healing. Reiki is received by laying the hands on or holding hands over the body. Reiki energy can also be sent remotely by way of distance healing. Reiki energy has been known to assist in relieving stress, pain, tension, promoting a sense of inner peace and harmony, improving the quality of sleep, enhancing personal growth, and accelerating the healing of injuries or sickness.
Chakras are energy centers within the body. The seven main chakras are located along the spine and each is associated with specific colors, functions and areas of life. If these are out of balance it can influence various aspects of physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
